SENIOR EXECUTIVE STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Executive role will be responsible to provide operational and planning support in development and implementation of strategic activities and performance tracking of the implemented plans throughout the timeline. This role involves as a change agent organisation wide to enable an efficient working environment..

SCOPE

1. Strategy Development and Implementation
To support Chief Operating Officer’s strategic direction in planning and implementation strategic activities.
• Assist in formulation of the organisation’s strategy and ensure alignment with the ministry’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshop/dialogues with stakeholders involved in the strategic activities and implementation of the management framework
• Liaise with stakeholders (internal/external) to facilitate the strategy development and implementation of the activities involved
2. Performance Tracking and Review
• Develop and inform the performance tracking mechanism to related stakeholders.
• Perform periodic review of KPI and to ensure that the activities matches the strategic objectives.
• Prepare progress report/dashboard for review of performance analysis.
3. Risk Assessment and Change Management
Identify potential risks and report the finding to related stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration between key departments on the change activities • Communicate changes implementation in accordance to strategic planning.
4. Business Improvement
• Plan business improvement activities to increase efficiency of the processes.
• Support implementation of best practices for the organisation.
• Develop templates, tools, and guidelines for the organisation.
• To undertake any other operational duties assigned by Chief Operating Officer.

QUALIFICATION

•Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in projects related activities.
High proficiency in project management, budget management, data analysis and stakeholder management.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Basics in PowerBi. PowerApps etc. will be an added bonus. Ready to learn and adopt new tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, etc.).
Excellent in organisational and time management skills.
